Resume Graph ES Start free

Matched to the role. With a recruiter in your corner.

It reads the posting the way a hiring team does, asks you a couple of quick questions, then writes a resume matched to that role.

You’re not being rejected. You’re being filtered.

Most applications are sorted before a person reads one. The resume that gets through isn’t the most impressive — it’s the one written for that posting.

Every posting screens on its own words

Say “data pipelines” where it says “ETL” and you read as a gap — with the same experience behind you.

Your best work never makes the page

The scope you owned, the numbers you moved. Written once for everyone, all of it stays implied.

Parsers drop what they can’t read

Columns, tables, icons. The system loses them quietly, and everything inside them.

Three steps. About ten minutes.

01 A few seconds

Paste the posting.

It comes back as the list of requirements you are actually scored on — each one matched against the resume you already have.

02 Five minutes

Answer a couple of questions.

Only where the posting wants something your resume does not already show. Plain language, your own words, nothing to prepare.

03 Under two minutes

Get the resume, and the receipts.

A clean single-column document written to 2026 recruiter conventions — plus what changed, and what is still worth strengthening.

It won’t make anything up about you.

Every line traces back to your resume or to an answer you gave. The gaps are reported, not filled.

It asks instead of inventing

A chatbot fills the gap with something plausible. This asks you a couple of questions and writes only what you confirmed — nothing inferred, rounded up, or filled in to make a requirement look met.

It tells you what it could not prove

Where the posting asks for something you have not evidenced, it says so and leaves it out — so you decide what to add, rather than discovering an invention in an interview.

The rules it writes to are published

Eighteen rules across seven dimensions, each with the reasoning and the outside sources behind it. The same rulebook the writer is given is the one you can read.

Four templates. Every one of them ATS-safe.

Single-column ATS, two-column modern, professional executive and serif creative resume templates. Example resumes, not customers — pick one and start on it.

Match every application you send.

Building, editing and exporting are included on every plan — the free one too.

How is this different from asking a chatbot to rewrite my resume?

A chatbot has only the page you paste in, so it can restate your resume or embellish it, and it has no idea what the role screens on. Resume Graph asks you a few quick questions first — the ones a good recruiter would ask about the work behind a bullet — then writes from your resume plus your answers. That is why the finished document is specific enough to pass a screen and hold up in the conversation that follows.

How long does one matched resume take?

About ten minutes, and most of that is you typing. The analysis and the rewrite take under two minutes together; the rest is a short set of questions you answer in a sentence or two each.

Is the output ATS-safe?

Yes, and by construction. Single column, no tables or graphics, standard section order, YYYY-MM dates, and the keyword surface forms taken from the posting itself. You can copy it out as plain text that survives any parser.

What happens to my resume and my answers?

They are stored privately against your account and used only to produce your own matched resumes and cover letters. They are never shared, never sold, and never used to train a model.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan gives you one matched resume to try, with no card and no trial countdown.

How many questions will it ask me?

Only as many as it needs: one per requirement your resume does not already cover, and none at all for the ones it covers well. A resume that is already close to the posting is asked almost nothing. There is nothing to prepare and no form to fill in — each question is one plain sentence, answered in your own words.

Can I just build and edit a resume, without matching one?

Yes. Templates, editing and export are included on every plan including the free one, and they cost next to nothing. Matching a resume to a specific posting is what the product is built around, and it is where you will feel the difference.

Can it write the cover letter too?

Yes — written from a finished matched resume and the same answers, so the letter and the resume tell one consistent story about the same role.
