How we handle your data →
How is this different from asking a chatbot to rewrite my resume?

A chatbot only sees what you paste in, and it doesn’t know what the job is looking for. Resume Graph reads the job post first, then asks you a few short questions about your work — the kind a good recruiter would ask. Your new resume is written from your own resume and your answers, so it stays specific and true to you.

Who writes my resume?

An AI model writes the first draft, using only your resume and your answers. If the job asks for something you haven’t shown, it tells you instead of writing it in. You read and edit everything before you send it.

How long does one tailored resume take?

About ten minutes. Most of that is you answering a few short questions, a sentence or two each. Reading the job post and writing the resume take under two minutes.

Can hiring software read it?

Yes. Many companies use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to collect and search resumes. Every template uses a layout these systems read well: a clear reading order, standard section names and plain dates. Where they fit your experience, it uses the job post’s own words. You can also copy your resume out as plain text.

What happens to my resume and my answers?

They are saved privately in your account and used only to make your own resumes and cover letters. They are never shared, never sold, and never used to train AI models. You can delete them whenever you like.

Do I need a credit card to start?

How many questions will it ask me?

Only the ones it needs: one for each thing the job asks for that your resume doesn’t show yet. If your resume is already a close fit, it asks very little. There’s nothing to prepare — just answer in your own words.

Can I just build and edit a resume, without tailoring it?
