About the Creative template
A full-width band carrying the name, the headline, the contact details and the candidate’s initials, over two columns with the work history in the wide one.
What makes it ATS-safe
- Two columns — the work history is written first, so extracted text reads it through before the rail
- Band colour is forced to print, so white-on-navy never vanishes
- Skills are chips by appearance and a list by structure — one skill per extracted line
- No tables, images, or icon fonts carrying meaning
- Reverse-chronological sections with YYYY-MM dates
What this example does well
- Every bullet leads with a result and a number, not a duty. →
- Its skills use the words postings screen on. →
- One clean layout that a screening system reads in order. →
